Apollo Beach Kitchen and Water Damage

The supply line to the kitchen sink in this Apollo Beach residence ruptured and flooded this area and the adjoining dining area with an inch of water. Our SERVPRO crew chief and his team quickly vacuumed the standing water from the tiled flooring. We then placed numerous daisy-chained air movers and an LGR dehumidifier to remove the remaining moisture. The kitchen cabinets were salvaged with our fast action. However, some tiles were lifted from the concrete pad, and our client and his insurance carrier agreed to replace them with new flooring. The After Photo shows the water damaged surface dry and ready for the new material. Count on SERVPRO to make this kitchen appear "Like it never even happened."
